This paper aimed at exploring the view of Ibn Sahnun, a famous scholar in the field of education in the second century of Hijrah. This paper will review the criteria of noble personality educator described by him. In this study, the researchers used content analysis methodology regarding the views expressed by Ibn Sahnun. Through this study, the researchers found that Ibn Sahnun defined the role of educators thoroughly, covering things that need to be implemented, virtuous noble personality of an educator, and the limits to being an educator. When an educator can implement all valid hadiths guide given, then continuity, harmony and success in the educational process can be achieved. The results from this paper are expected to serve as guidelines for educators to ensure continuity in the education process.
