PENGARUH KEPIMPINAN AUTENTIK DI TADIKA SWASTA PULAU PINANG

Abstract

This research was conducted to study the influence of Authentic leadership in Private Kindergarten at Pulau Pinang area. A quantitative research method was used with the sample selection of 200 teachers in Private Kindergarten. The findings state that the dimension of self-awareness shows the highest mean for the leader’s leadership practice. The levels of authentic leadership are at a moderate level. Thus, this study provides a positive impact to the private kindergarten leaders in choosing authentic leadership dimension that needs to be practiced. Therefore, this study provides an opportunity for leaders of the Private Kindergarten in enhancing authentic dimensions to a higher level.
