Cultural diversity in schools requires a responsive leader and high-self-efficacy of teachers. Thus, the study aims to examine the level of culturally responsive leadership within school leaders and teacher self-efficacy in the Government-aided religious school (SABK) in the Batu Pahat region. The sample of this study consists of 103 teachers from 4 secondary school using the technique of simple random sampling. The design of this survey uses a questionnaire as the instrument. Data was collected using Google Forms. Research has shown that the level of culturally responsive leadership practices is high (M = 3.95, SD = 0.591), while the teacher self-efficacy level is also high (M = 4.15, SD = 0.491). Culturally responsive leadership also has a significant correlation with teacher self-efficacy (r = 457, p < 0.01). In conclusion, this study shows that culturally responsive leadership practices have impacted teacher self-esteem at Government-aided religious school (SABK) in the region of Batu Pahat, Johor.
