The development of the industry 4.0 revolution requires teachers to master a variety of new skills in order not to be marginalized in the globalization and digital era. The Malaysian Teacher Education Institute (Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia) or IPGM which is responsible for training teachers has taken the initiative to develop the Malaysian Futuristic Teacher Model (GFM) to produce teachers who remain relevant in the current of global education. IPGM has carried out a study to obtain suitable and coincident elements so that the developed GFM model is in line with the National Education Philosophy. This study uses the Fuzzy Delphi technique to identify the most appropriate elements to develop the GFM model. A total of 12 experts have been selected to evaluate the elements that have been identified. Evaluation is made based on expert agreement regarding the elements accepted based on a 7-point scale. The collected data is analyzed using triangular fuzzy numbering (triangular fuzzy number) where the Threshold 'd' value is calculated to determine the expert's decision in accepting and rejecting an element and the defuzzification process determines the position (ranking) of each element. The results of the study found that the experts agreed to accept 17 elements while 4 elements of the futuristic teacher known for sure were rejected. Expert consensus also found that the elements of 'Practitioner of teaching professionalism' and 'Cultivation of various thinking skills' are in the first position. Therefore, this study is expected to develop a solid GFM model to be used as a guide for all trustees, especially the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) who are directly involved.
