Spiritual Intelligence and Mental Well-Being are very important to study. These two variables are very significant to the competence preparation of a teacher. This becomes more interesting when this variable is being studied among teachers, especially for trainee teachers who are facing complex challenges and high demands from communities. Thus, this study aims to explore the influence of spiritual intelligence on mental well-being among Islamic Education trainee teachers. This study applied quantitative method and the data using questionnaires were collected from 103 trainee teachers from one a university in northern Malaysia. The collected data collected were analyzed using SPSS Version 20. The research findings showed the level of spiritual intelligence and mental well-being of the trainee teachers is high. The findings also showed that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant relationship with mental well-being. Meanwhile, this study implies an importance to develop spiritual intelligence and mental well-being among trainee teachers.
