The purpose of this study is to get an initial understanding of the relationship between the principal's multidimensional leadership and teachers' acceptance of DELIMa. A quantitative approach with a survey study design was used in this study. Principal’s multidimensional leadership was measured using Leadership Orientation Survey and teachers’ acceptance of DELIMa was measured using User Acceptance and Use of Technology questionnaires. This study was conducted at a school in Port Klang with 30 respondents. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The analysis results showed that the principal practiced multidimensional leadership at a high level (M=4.10, SD=0.53). The symbolic dimension was at the highest mean and the human resource dimension was at the lowest mean. Meanwhile, teachers' acceptance of DELIMa was moderate (M= 3.34, SD=0.53) with expected performance at the highest mean and facility conditions at the lowest mean. Correlation analysis showed a significant and positive but weak relationship ((r=0.456, p<0.05) between the two variables. The Cronbach Alpha index for teachers' acceptance of DELIMa was .84 and the Principal's multidimensional leadership was 0.79. Thus, the instruments are suitable for use in the real study and this study provides a preliminary analysis of the relationship between the Principal's multidimensional leadership and teachers' acceptance of DELIMa. This study implies that teachers' acceptance of DELIMa can be increased by improving school technology facilities. Principals also need to wisely use various leadership styles in encouraging teachers to use the DELIMa learning platform more effectively.
