PERSEKITARAN MAKLUM BALAS DAN KEPERCAYAAN TERHADAP PEMIMPIN SEBAGAI PENENTU BIMBINGAN KERJA DALAM ORGANISASI PENDIDIKAN
Abstract
This study examines the moderating effects of trust towards the leaders in explaining the relationship between feedback environment and job guidance in Malaysian polytechnics lecturer context. A total of 411 lecturers from five Malaysian polytechnics, which become the benchmark of high-performance polytechnic education transformation process, had participated in this study. The findings revealed that trust towards leaders moderates the relationship between feedback environment and job guidance at workplace. These findings have shown that feedback environment and trust towards leaders as employee’s psychological factors that need to be focused along the process of job guidance.
