PENDEDAHAN PROGRAM i-THINK DI PERINGKAT SEKOLAH MENGIKUT PENDEKATAN SEKOLAH SECARA MENYELURUH: SATU KAJIAN AWAL
Abstract
This study was carried out to collect data about the i-THINK program that conducted among teachers. In particular, the objectives of this study are to identify teachers’ perceptions of the i-THINK program in the areas of readiness, planning, attending training, implementing, and strengthening. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed to 602 teachers and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical method namely, mean and standard deviation. The research found that the levels of teachers’ readiness and implementation of the i-THINK program were high. Additionally, this research showed there were moderately high for teachers to plan, to attend training, and to strengthen the i-THINK program. These research findings can be used to improve the process of the program and not to wait for the end stage of the program
