PENGURUSAN PARADOKS DALAM MENYEIMBANGKAN TANGGUNGJAWAB AKADEMIK DAN PENGLIBATAN SUKAN GOLONGAN MURID ATLET
Abstract
The aim of this study is to obtain consensus among experts about items that allow the student athletes to attend training regularly and learn effectively as a paradoxical approach. Using paradox perpective, complexity and ambiguity of issues can be handled through flexible yet controlled solutions. Therefore, Fuzzy Delphi Method using seven point linguistic scales has been applied. The questionnaire containing 13 components was distributed to 20 heterogenus experts in sport and instructional areas. The consensus showed that the collaboration among teachers to produce learning kit is ranked the first of the items list with defuzzification score of 0.897. The outcome of this study can be beneficial to student athletes and also school in order to saveguard students’ future as well as school performance.
