The education system in Malaysia has implemented various policies to ensure inclusivity of multiple races and as well as increase the value of a person's personality and behavior with the encouragement of fair and just leaders. However, the determination of an educational institution in shaping cultural diversity is determined by the style and practices practiced by the leader. This study aims to examine the level of culturally responsive leadership practices among principals and the competence of teaching and learning skills of teachers in a government assisted religious secondary school (SM SABK) in the district of Pasir Mas, Kelantan. This study uses the descriptive analysis method to analyze the research data obtained using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. A total of 108 teachers were respondents in the sample of this study. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire that has been distributed online to the research sample through Google Forms. The findings of the study found that the level of culturally responsive leadership practices of school principals is very satisfactory while the level of competency in teaching and learning skills of teachers is capable for the practices to be implemented. In addition, the relationship between the principal's culturally responsive leadership and the teacher's teaching and learning skills competence is viewed to be positive. In the context of the principal's leadership, this study is seen to have a positive impact on school management and administration while teachers are capable of improving quality and being able to apply various forms of skills in teaching and learning (PdP).
