Abstract

The focus of this study, aims to determine the level of practice by using the survey method by questionnaire, with a sample of a total of 119 teachers who teach Physical Education subjects involved in this study. This study also, determines the level of compatibility of pedagogical reasoning practice model by highlighting the dimensions of understanding, transformation and teaching as exogenous variables in the practice of dimensions of assessment, reflection and new understanding, while teacher teaching actions, as endogenous variables. This study was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) modeling method, where the results explain the Goodness of fit Chi square test with degree of freedom 92 is 158.442, CMIN / DF is 1,868 (<5), Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is .969 (> .90), Tucker Lewis Index (TLI) is .958 (> .90) and Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is .969 (> .90). While Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) is at a value of .83 (<.80). Thus, the measurement model has been able to explain the existence of model compatibility with satisfactory study data. The basic contribution of this study is to determine the impact of significant practice between pedagogical reasoning and teaching actions of Physical Education teachers in the stated structural equation model The practice of pedagogical reasoning and teacher teaching actions can be translated into Physical Education teaching as well as confirm real in the study of researchers in secondary schools in the district of Klang, Selangor.
