The study found that the similarity perspectives of Ulul Al-Bab leadership among teachers and students are as follow: leaders have full authority in decision making, leaders emphasise on timeliness, leaders are wise in making decisions, leaders are always ready to organize the school programs, leaders influence school communities to work sincerely for God/Allah Almighty, leaders set and achieve organizational collaboratively, leaders are a role model, leaders instill sense of piety to school communities and leaders have enough knowledge, skills and value to manage teachers and staff. These findings reached when the corresponding index values NFI, RFI, IFI, TLI and CFI modification of model from teachers’ perceptions between .915 and .966, while the modification of model for students’ perception is .902 between .956. These index values are higher than the index for the original model. This means that significant modification for both models was commensurate with the survey data compared to the original model.
