Abstract

The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of effective leadership adopted by leaders in higher education institutions Majlis Amanah Rakyat. Data collected from 240 respondents using Program Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS), which the results obtained through mean and standard deviation. The respondents in this study is the respondent who has been involved in education in Higher Educational Institutions Majlis Amanah Rakyat. This study has found the order of priority for the main themes as well as the characteristics of effective leadership that can effectively the leader in higher education institution practiced by Majlis Amanah Rakyat. The implications of this research will meet the interests of the effectiveness of leadership leaders at once for peace in Higher Educational Institutions Majlis Amanah Rakyat.
